Question : Microsoft Live Meeting Recordings Locally

Hi,
We would like to record some Live Meetings. I have a good understanding of how to do that but I would like to know if there is a way to record Live Meetings where the content is not stored on Microsoft's site? In other words while meeting is going on the recording is being made locally on the machine instead of being stored on the MS server?
If it is not possible with Live Meeting, can you please suggest some software that will record the video on the screen along with the audio on a conference call?
