Question : Eclipse and mylyn-3.4.0.v20100608-0100-e3.4

I have installed Eclipse before and it has not been this difficult.  Of course I am not one to read if I do not have to.  I am at the point where I have to read.
i think my difficulty is that I am working with mylyn-3.4.0.v20100608-0100-e3.4
When I unzip this mylyn I do not see the Eclipse executable for installation, so then I install the eclipse zip files.  Next I will try doing the eclipse first, then the mylyn.
Any comments, suggestions
If this does not work then I will have to go off reading about mylyn.

Looks like an xml parsing problem. To get more info, you might try setting jaxp debug system property on to the Eclipse startup jvm arguments:

-Djaxp.debug=1
