Question : SQL Server 2008 Licensing

I need 6 servers which SQL server installed in 6 different locations, each location has about 10 users. the servers are replicating each other’s and doing merge replication.
My questions are:
1. How many licenses do I need for this system. eg 6 server + 60 cal.
2. Does SQL server standard has some CAL with each server license by default. For example each windows 2003 has 5 license by default
