Question : Unable to connect Entourage 2004 to SBS 2008 Exchange mailbox

I've done my research and got to the point that I need to use this address

remote.company.com/exchange/username@company.com

but that still is not working

would appreciate some advise here how to resolve the issue

I wonder if the corrupted data is in your Exchange account's hidden BlackBerry folder.  Did you delete your BES account with the clean mailbox info option?
