The solution was found at, wonder of wonders, Microsoft. For some reason, when accessing my mail account using this code, I'm not prompted with the security warning. I know that was the case before and I'm not sure why it isn't happening now.
But this is now solved and working quite nicely. I imagine I may run into troubles when I try to log on as another use but we'll see how that goes when I get to it.
