Question : Trend Micro Office Scan Scheduled Scan
We are running Trend Micro Office Scan, in enterprise type environment. I need to change the Scheduled Scan setting on a single computer. In Trend management application on server I go to Networked Computers --> Client Management --> I click on the client I want to change, and change the settings, and save. I can verify the client has accepted the change, by right clicking on the icon on the client and selecting "Scheduled Scan Advanced Settings" where it verifies the next time it is going to run, and it matches the changes I just made...all good right...NOOOOOO... I come in the following day, and it reverts back to the previous settings.
Is there something I need to do to make sure it doesn't revert back?
Thanks,
Answer : Trend Micro Office Scan Scheduled Scan
IDK, server has not been restarted...but it seems to have kept the settings after third attempt.
