Question : AP running G and N
Hey
I have an Access Point - 2 SSID - "Company" and "Private"
When connecting to the private SSID my computer shows "300 Mbps" ... (N) (Open network)
When connecting to the company SSID my computer only shows "54 Mbps" (G) (Running WPAEnterprise / TKIP)
Why?
Mike
Answer : AP running G and N
802.11n doesn't support WPA-TKIP
Try WPA-AES or WPA2-AES instead.
TKIP is only meant to be a temporary fix to the weak WEP encryption
