Question : Backup Exec 12.5 restore

I am trying to restore some information from a windows 2003 server that has backup exec and a library installed on it to a windows 2008 network drive. In essence i am trying to restore the data across the network. My network is running gig speeds thats why i am trying to test this

But for the life of me, when i try to set the "redirect file" option in the restore job, i keep getting this error: "an error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of server. The logon account that was provided does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the user name and password are correct, and then try again"

i think i have tried everything. any ideas?
