Question : Network card disables on reboot

Hi I have a client's computer which cannot access the internet, but can ping both ip and resolve dns.  I have run spyware scans which has removed a significant number of infections but it's still unable to access the internet.  Also if I reboot the machine the network card is automatically disabled, but the wireless adapter stays enabled.

Hello,

-Your OS is infected with viruses.Please remove viruses from that PC.
- If you have another PC .So please connect this harddrive to that PC & scan whole hard drive.
- Make sure that the second PC will be updated with antivirus.

                    Or

- Reinstall your OS & install only a single antivirus with updated & scan your system.
- Secondly delete unwanted data.
