Question : How to get an USB speaker to work with Eee PC 900 Xandros Linux

I have connected an Orbit USB IML237 speaker to my Eee PC 900 Xandros Linux but no sound comes out. The  device is working fine with my Wndows 7 Laptop.
How do I get the speaker to work with my EeePC?

OK finally did it....just copied C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support from another system running windows vista..
