Question : Set site as read only to everyone

Hi,

does anyone knows of a method/tool that would reset all permissions on the site to Reader?
This is MOSS, has many lists/libraries/items with permissions not inherited; I would like to keep the list of users the same, just make them Readers.

I'm looking for something similar with the SPUserToReader tool, but working on MOSS.

you could just change the existing groups that are used to read only, not the best way to do things though.
