Download the JBoss App server (e.g.
http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads.html)
Unzip into a folder (e.g. c:\jboss)
Set your JAVA_HOME environment variable to point to the directory where you installed the JDK.
Use the run.bat file in the JBOSS_HOME\bin directory to start up JBoss
