Question : foward email to a user via mail contact in exchange 2010

Hi all,

ive removed a users mailbox that has left the organisation and am wondering if i create a mail contact for that user can i get all emails sent to that user to go to a new user via the contact? there is no delivery options in properties thats all so was wondering if it was possible or shall i just manually add the email addersses to the new user/

I have checked my VM and looks like e14 doesn't have message forwarding for contacts, this is new trick to me.

sorry but looks you need either disabled mailenabled user or add the email address to the user
