Question : ati2dvag blue screen on ibm thinkpad T41 help

I install the ati radeon 7500 driver software from the lenovo sit and my system blue screen.
I am running windows xp sp3 on an ibm t41 thinkpad.  can anyone help me please.

Start the laptop in safe mode and remove the driver using the computer management console.
