Question : How to reinstall Windows 7 with no restore cd.

When reinstalling my WIndows 7 the system didn't restore and I was left without a OS entirely and no restore cd so was unable to restore the OS.  Installed Vista and the don't know what to do to get WIndows 7 back.  It's a Toshiba Satellite Laptop.

If you have Windows Vista installed now, that means that you don't have any backup data of Windows 7, thus it's not possible to reinstall Windows 7 without CD. You may wish to contact Toshiba for a restore CD.
