Question : Exchange 2010 Stopped working after replacing a motherboard on the server!?

I knew I should jump on the Exchange 2010 wagon!

I just replaced a motherboard on my Dell T710 server, everything hardware wise seems to work fine. I had to reinstall the NIC drivers, but now the Exchange 2010 refuses to start. I am getting the following errors:
