Question : How can I destroy all data on this old server?
Hi
I have some type of server here all I can find on it is "NCR"
We would like to get rid of all the data on the hard drives. I thoguht it would be nice & easy to put in a boot CD with dban on it.
When I try to boot from CD i have this scrolling error on the screen "reading sectors error(EDD)"
Any idea how I can boot to this CD?

sounds like the cd or cd drive is knackered...
it might be easier to take the disks out and use a sledge hammer...quite therapeutic as well!
