Question : Ping remote user?
We have a remote user who is complaining that her remote connection is very slow. We are located in CA and she is located in WA.
She is connected via remote desktop to our remote terminal. I can see her logged in with the Terminal Services Manager and I can even remote to see what she is doing.
She is still complaining that it's slow.
I was just curious, How can I ping her through the remote terminal? do i need her physical IP? or is there another way.
Answer : Ping remote user?
connect to her computer via remote desktop and get ping to your server address...
