Question : Excel Date Time format conversion yyyy-mmm-dd hh:mm:ss to mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

Hello Experts,

I have importaed date which contains cells using the date format yyyy-mmm-dd hh:mm:ss as text and I want to convert it to mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss.

I have tried using the custom formats, however it is still interpreted as text.

I imagine that Patrick expect that you had the month as 04 rather than Apr, in which case either of those methods would work, try my suggestion above....or shorter, thinking about it...

=REPLACE(A2,6,3,MONTH(MID(A2,6,3)&1))+0
