Question : av security suite Removal

New to this forum.......

  Tried all the steps on BleepingComputer, but once I rebooted the AV Secuitiry Suite came right back up.  Dbl checked everything is the reg as well.  Any tips would be appreciated.

I found this great tool for windows xp machines - ATF Cleaner at

It dumos a lot of the temp files and other unneeded files.
I always run it before malwarebytes or other scanning software.
Less files = quicker scan.
