Question : Shares unavailable

Good day

LAst day's we have some problems with the server, w2003 64bit and exchange 2007, Mail is still working but shares are not accesable. From VPN everything is working fine, only local not.
In event viewer we cannot find anything of errors. After teh first restart server hangs on applying personal settings, then reset again and server is working OK.
We have this every day in the afternoon.
