Question : Info@... users Not receiving email
Hi
I have an SBS server 2003
Users are complaining that they are not receiving emails sent to there info email account
i am running SBS 2003
In event viewer I receive the following error
Information Store (1376) First Storage Group: A request to read from the file "C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\pri
v1.edb" at offset 24395632640 (0x00000005ae17d000) for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes succeeded, but took an abnormally long time (131 seconds) to be serviced by the OS. In addition, 2 other I/O requests to this file have also taken an abnormally long time to be serviced since the last message regarding this problem was posted 72 seconds ago. This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem
I have looked at the mail queues, the only error I can find is that the Exchange MTA service is disabled
I have sent several test messages to the Info address and some get through but not all
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Robbie
