Question : Firewall Service won't start after I applied Web access policy wizard

Everything was running fine until I ran the web access policy wizard. Once it was completed I asked it to restart the services and alas I am now seeing the errors

The Web Proxy filter could not initialize (error code 505.162.7.0.7734.100).

Forefront TMG could not load the application filter Web Proxy Filter ({4CB7513E-220E-4C20-815A-B67BAA295FF4}). FilterInit failed with the error code 0x8007054f. To attempt to activate this application filter again, stop and restart the Firewall service.

And

Firewall Service failed to initialize. Previous event log entries might help determine the proper action.

Alas my NLB is messed up and the firewall service will not come up.

Figured it out. I disabled the web proxy but enabled url filtering which required web proxy but doesn't tell you. So when it reboots bang nothing works.
