Question : dell powervault ejection issues
I have a Dell Powervault lto-eh1 Tape backup system running through Symantec Backup Exec 12.5. After the backup is complete every night, the tape does not eject completely, it needs to eject about 1 cm more to be considered "Fully ejected"
Normally this is not a problem, you can still grab the tape and whatnot, but Backup Exec thinks the tape is still in the drive, so it does not think the backup is complete until you remove the tape that extra centimeter.
Obviously this is a hardware error, but I was wondering if anyone else here has ran into a similar problem and what they did to fix it. I already opened up the drive to look inside for any obstructions, and did not find anything.

that will work except you'll get every combination of A and B from Table2, is that what you want?
