Question : first try with Access 2003 and SOAP -- any ideas what's wrong?

I'm an experienced Access developer trying to get Access 2003 to talk to data using SOAP for the first time.

I've got example pseudo-code from the service provider and I've copied it into Access. But I'm getting an error message when I run it.

Does it work for anyone else? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
