Is it possible to register Cisco IP communicator (soft phone ) with  the NATTED IP of call manager?

See if www.thesearidge.com is listed there.

on your Exchange

Start > programs > admin tools > Certification Authority.
Right click on your server > properties
in General Tab - see how many certificates are listed. you can click on view certificate to verify.

See how many cert files are there.
Double click and see if you can locate SeaRidge in either of the 2 places.
