Question : SBS2003 - Exchange - Cannot open shared mailbox
We are running an SBS2003 server with Outlook 2003 and 2007 on various clients. A staff member left and I disabled the person's account and hid the email address from the global address list.
Another staff member needs access to the old emails from the person who left, so I reinstated the account and still hid the address from the address lists - as I have done previously, however we are still unable to view the mailbox, it opens, but doesn't show any sub folders, and when you click on a folder like the Inbox the following message is displayed "Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange."
I am unsure what to do, I have done this several times before with no problem, it seems to be only this account.
Any help greatly appreciated please. :)
