Question : how to create a css file to format xml file

Using the client brief, along with the sample data (sample-request.xml) for a policy availability
request, complete the following tasks.

Create a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) called request-summary.css to format the XML
sample file according to the client brief for the summary display. To test your CSS you will
need to create a copy of sample-request.xml called sample-request2.xml and include
a link to the style sheet request-summary.css in the sample-request2.xml file.
