Question : Cable Type/Pinout for RJ45 to RJ45 T1/E1 between two routers

Hi I have a UC560 and our provider has an Adtran Total Access 916e with 4 T1 interfaces, both in our server room. We are going to interconnect the UC560 and Adtran on their respective T1 interfaces using RJ45. Does anyone know what cable will work or the pinout needed to accomplish the connection. In the end it will be ISDN PRI

Answer : Cable Type/Pinout for RJ45 to RJ45 T1/E1 between two routers

Adtran to UC560 T1 module should not need a T1 crossover.
Basically, we have 3 choices for T1 drop to a router:
1. Standard straight-through CAT5 patch cable  - most common DTE-DCE
2. T1 crossover as JRSCGI shows above - DTE-DTE (i.e. routers back-back)
3. Rollover cable (usually flat, silver cable with Rj45 ends) - sometimes required from DTE to DCE if wired Rj48X
