Question : Browsing Internet and Torrent

Hi Guys,
I have a weird problem with Torrent.  During the Torrent download I cannot browse anything with IE.  After the stop Torrent I still have to wait about 5min.  Then I can browse in IE.
is Torrent blocking something during the download.  
I have another compter attached to the same network that can blowse OK during download on another computer.
Please advice.

Try this.

It might be max connnections for servers.

also, try firefox


What IE version you using?
