Question : Sharepoint Knowledge Base template

Hi Experts!
I Need to create a  Knowledge Base site on Sharepoint 3.0 or MOSS 2007.

This knowledge base is to demands of the software factory use.

I wold like to know if anybody here have a template or an example for demonstration.

In the case of owning a commercial and functional template, inform the price.
