Question : New ESXi install fails (PSOD)

I have just installed ESXi 4.0 with the imaged HP extensions (208167) onto a HP DL160 G6 (new Xeon quad core HT).
I ran memtest86 for days with no issues. Today I installed the disks and it installed fine.
The error is: PF exception (14) in world 9121

Can anyone supply some guidance? (se attached screenshot)
BTW - PSOD = Purple Screen of Death.

it could point to your error and there is an update v4 update 1a thats fixes this issue
