Question : Public folder replication exchange 2003 - 2010
Hi
We have installed exchange 2010 on a new server, after prepare domain and old exchange 2003 server
Under installation, we selected to old exchange 2003 for mail flow
We can see that routing between the old exchange 2003 and 2010 is the both the old system manage for 2003 and on the new exchange 2010 server
We have add replication of following public folders, on the exchange 2003 : Offline address book and OAB version 2, 3a, 4 and schedule free busy
We get follow error in the Exchange 2010 public folder management console, when I try to open system public folders
Unexpected error (0x79E8AAF2) while executing command 'get-publicfodler -getchildren -idenity '\NON_IPM_SUBTREE' -server exchange2010.domain.local
When I try to get-publicfolder from Exchange management shell, I get following error :
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-Pu
blicFolder
WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: Object reference not set to an instance

Answer : Public folder replication exchange 2003 - 2010
Solved the problem my self!
It's an permission issue. If the Server does'nt inherit permissions correctly, all these errors will accour.
So check that all about public folder inherit permissions, and it should work.
Thanks.
