need to find an inexpensive way to back up 2008 sbs as i hear that i can't use tape drive anymore...help

To add to cgaliher's comment, that would be using the built-in SBS backup utility.

You can still use tape backup but you will need to buy software such as Symantec's. However there is no need as the SBS backup works well.
