Question : Identify keyboard layout

I bought a second-hand Hewlet Packard (HP) USB keyboard model KU-0316. Can you help me identify the keyboard layout? Is there any software that helps you identify keyboard layout?
I can't find the driver via Google or HP. No plug-and-play installation was done by Vista 32.
The keyboard looks European, containing Euro and pound symbol. There's also a German ß S symbol.
