Question : AutoCAD Data Extraction & Windows XP Scheduled Task

I have an AutoCAD 2008 data extraction that I run regularly to pull some data from a group of drawings into an Excel spreadsheet. The extraction doesn't need any input from me except to accept defaults. Is there an easy way to run this with a Windows XP scheduled task? Can it be accomplished without programming?
