I am using the Olympus DSS Player (version6 and 7.1) for medical transcription. All of a sudden when I click on the file (.DSS) in the Internet Explorer, it comes up with an "INACCURATE FILE WAS SPECIFIED". Deleted the program and reinstalled it, but the same problem. Also, reset my registry 24 hours and still have the problem. Ran virus check. No problem found.
Heard that it might be a windows update. but how to fix this. Please help. Urgent
