Question : FreeNAS NIC teaming

I have two gb nic's installed, can someone lead me to the area to setup the nic teaming so they are both avtive in the NAS?

I have cables connected to each, and the links are lit, however it appears that only one is doing the work (via looking at the blinking lights). Attached is a screen shot of the lan status page in FreeNAS.

Any ideas?
