Question : Why Not able to read excel file in the Web application running on Windows7/Office2010?

We have web application programmed with VB.NET at VS2005 SP1, which read excel file and takes data to the database. We used to develop it in XP/VS2005 environment and we used to use Office 2007 in our workstations. The excel file is in Excel 97-2003 worksheet format. We have Interop.Excel.DLL as reference in the project. And the file is read with Excel.Workbooks.Open(File, False, True)

Now I have installed the application to the Windows 7 where I have Office Excel 2010. The file is still in Excel 97-2003 worksheet format. Somehow my application is not longer able read the excel file. The application pool should have right to the file, and application finds the excel file from the C drive, but not able to open it.

Whay could be wrong?
