is there a cool free or cheap screen capture that works like SCEEEN PRINT 32 ?

We use TechSmith's Snag-It on desktops, servers, and TS.  It's not free, but worth every penny when you're taking screen shots (and video shots) daily for troubleshooting and documentation.
