Question : Set up a rolling text box in SSRS

I have to develop a form in SSRS 2008,  the form requires address and contact information.  Sometimes this information is populated and sometimes it isn't... when it isn't it leaves large gaps on the form/report.  Is there a way to create a growing text box that could accomodate a number of fields and would grow if the data is available .. and if it wasn't it would go together?

you have to place each address data  in its own row and when that data.value="" then hide that row.
