Question : Need a forum script

Hello experts,

I need a script ( if possible a free one ) , that i can use to:
-  any user can start a thread
-  the thread can be read only by the users that the creator invites
-  any of the users invited to read it can invite some other users
-  if possible to integrate with Active Directory user database.

Sounds like something you may have to create yourself.

If it were me, I'd probably start with bbpress and create a plugin.
