Question : Exchange Down, MSExchangeAL 8231, FSMO Error 1355 All GC's Down
Hello Experts,
I have two 2003 DC's, one has all of the roles and has Exchange 2003 installed. After a storm took power out for an extended period last night, The main server came back up, but Exchange will not start, and I am getting error 1355 on dcdiag stating all GC's are down, and MSExchangeAL 8231 error, Unserenv 1054, MSExchnageSA 9098. The main server and other server both have DNS server running, and all computers either point to the main server or the other for DNS. The main server points to itself for DNS.
I really appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

If you go into Active Directory Sites and Services and under the dc names expand NTFS Settings, do they have each other listed as replica's?
If so can you right click on the replica and select replicate now, what happens?
