Question : cannot receive email

Hi all

Our company cannot receive email
When we send email it sends ok but sometimes goes into the receptions spam folder

The bounce back mail I receive is

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I have looked up our IP in MXtoolbox and found that we are blacklisted tree times

I would have never emailed  this address [email protected]
This seems to be from an event back in DEC 09
The first one seems to be from last month

I don’t understand why we were blacklisted

I would think that if this issue was due to been blacklisted then we would be able to receive mail but not send mail but we are experiencing things backwards

If anyone can tell me what i need to do to get mail moving again I would greatly appreciate   it
