Question : Getting own send e-mail in Blackberry

We have a user who is using outlook 2007 and blackberry, for some reason, when he sends out e-mail from his outlook, he will get the same e-mail in his blackberry. We already disabled “show send mail” function in his blackberry. This happened when he send emails to other users and to public folders. But it doesn’t show up as new e-mail in his outlook. We are using exchange 2007.
Any clue why this happened? Thank you.

Did you uncheck sent itmes folder on the BB?  You can also set up filter to block email from the user (self).
