Question : What are the default site bindings for port 443 on IIS 7 w/ Exchange installed

What are the default site bindings for port 443 on IIS 7 w/ Exchange installed?  I had my OWA access functioning both internally and externally and was attempting to install a DigiCert certificate when I overwrote the original Default Web Site binding for https:  Port 443.

Long story short after replacing the original binding OWA went down....and is still down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
