Question : ASP.Net Drop Shadow Effect

How do you create a drop shadow effect on ASP.NET text objects?  I have tried a JQuery plugin (jquery.dropshadow.js) and it works; however, when the browser is resized the shadows do not automatically reposition.  Is there a plugin or CSS solution avaiable?
