Question : Looking for detailed comparisons/recommendations as to whether corporations should upgrade from Excel 2003 to Excel 2010 versus 2007

Our IT department are looking to finally implement a SOE at the corporate office which includes an upgrade to Office 2007.

I'm yet to experiment with Exce l2010, has anyone seen a direct comparison of  Excel 2007 & Excel 2010 that makes a good case for skipping 2007 altogether as an upgrade path for a corporate environment? I am looking for a credible analysis that I can flick on to our IT Head.

This will be run with XP, Service Pack 3. At some stage likely to move to Windows 7

I would be interested in seeing such a comparison based on an average corporate user, with particular emphasis on the user impact of moving from xl2003 menus -  from a brief scan of net feedback I understand that the xl2010 ribbon is much improved from  the xl2007 version.

Open the csv file with a text editor and change the encoding by resaving it as UTF-8 or UTF-16.
