Question : Citrix Printing issue for only one user

I'm having an issue with only one users printing... He has been working fine until yesterday...  When he logs on, the client printer autocreates and shows up as his default, when he prints from an app, it goes through the queue on the server and disappears like it printed, but never shows up in the queue on the local machine... No errors in the error log...  I've stopped and restarted the spooler and print manager services, restarted the server...  I have about 20 users on this server, and this is the only printing problem I'm having so it must be on the client side, but I don't know what it is...

Printer is an HP LaserJet M1319f MFP...

would love some help on this one...
