Question : Outdoor cisco 1300 AP

If i buy this

do i need TWO of these antennas? or can i get away with one? and would having only one (if possible) reduce range?

please clairify. i am only needing ONE AP and so its not in LAP mode nor is operating in a mesh topology. so if i get two antennas will this still enhance the signal coverage? also is that antenna and ap a n/g? so that both are broadcast via the large omni antenna?
